1.1. We offer home delivery and cash-on-delivery services across Bangladesh, including delivery to village-level locations.

1.2. Delivery Time:

Within Dhaka: 2 days
Outside Dhaka to district cities: 2-3 days
Upazila or village level: 4-5 days (maximum)

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Inspection Upon Delivery:

Customers have the right to inspect the product in front of the delivery person upon receipt.
If you’re dissatisfied with the product for any reason, even if it is in good condition, you may return it with instant courier charges.

2.2. Exchange Policy:

Customers can request an exchange within 7 days after the delivery is complete.
Exchange is allowed once per order, and the product must be returned in fresh and new condition.

2.3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If any of our products have cracks or any other visible problem, please inform us within 3-4 days of receipt.
We will arrange for a replacement within the next 3-4 days.

2.4. Product Availability and Refunds:

If the requested product for exchange is not available, customers can choose another product or request a refund.
